How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from Logo4Work services, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Send an email to support@logo4work.ru with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your account email address and username in the body of the email
3. Specify whether you want partial or complete data deletion

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

1. Your account information and profile data
2. Connected social media account tokens and permissions
3. Content analytics and performance data
4. Any stored content metadata

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Any retained data will be anonymized where possible.
