1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Logo4Work application and website (https://logo4work.ru), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Logo4Work application.

2. Description of the Logo4Work Application

Logo4Work is a content management and social media automation application that enables users to upload video content and publish it to multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The Logo4Work application provides:

• Video upload interface with title and description fields
• Automated publishing to selected social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Publishing status dashboard with analytics
• OAuth-based authentication with social media platforms

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the Logo4Work application's publishing features, you must connect your social media accounts through OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur through the Logo4Work application under your connected accounts
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Logo4Work account

4. Acceptable Use of Logo4Work

When using the Logo4Work application, you agree not to:

• Use Logo4Work for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any third-party platform terms of service (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) through Logo4Work
• Upload content through Logo4Work that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or software through Logo4Work
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Logo4Work systems
• Use Logo4Work to distribute spam, harmful, or misleading content

5. Content and Publishing

You retain ownership of all content you upload through the Logo4Work application. By using Logo4Work to publish content, you:

• Grant Logo4Work temporary permission to process and transmit your content to the selected platforms
• Confirm that you have the right to publish the content
• Acknowledge that content published through Logo4Work is subject to the terms of the respective social media platforms

Video files uploaded to Logo4Work are automatically deleted from our servers within 15 minutes after processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Logo4Work application, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Logo4Work and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Logo4Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Logo4Work application, including but not limited to failed publications, account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, or content loss.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Logo4Work application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using Logo4Work at any time and revoke access to your connected social media accounts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service for the Logo4Work application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
